Covers structural information on Long Term Care available on both a Health and a Life base. Facility as well as home-care are covered. Most importantly is the advent of Partnership Policies for Long Term Care. Those that will sell the Partnership Policies, which will become the policies necessary to sell the public in the future, must take an eight hour introductory course from their provider. It is then necessary for the producer to attend a four hour Continuing Education session for license renewal. This session is created for that need. The important point of Partnership Policies is that Medicaid will allow a certain retention amount of assets with their use.
